v System Configuration Screen

In the System Configuration Screen you should enter the password that enables you to access the System Configuration Window, the default password of the system is 111111, and after you enter the password correctly you will see the system configuration window appears like the following figure:

The above window contains shows the Storage Device Tap that you choose from the drives which of them will be used to save calls in by the system. After you choose the drives you must click the Save button to apply the changes.

The above Channels Tap you can configure the parameters of each channel just you choose the channel number and modify the parameters like recording mode, name, telephone, or  threshold parameters then, click the save button.

The backup Tap used to configure the backup operation through configuring the backup parameter you can enable Backup operation by choosing the Enable Backup check box if it does not checked, and then you need to define the type of the Backup operation Daily Backup that will do the Backup operation every day at specific time you define or Instant Backup that will start Backup operations after you click save changes button. If you want to backup the calls from specific Date you choose Define Date to start Backup from checkbox then define that date in the text box according to the required format.

In the Backup Device Tap you should define the backup drives to backup the recorded calls in. Note, you should not choose the drives that you have already choose to the primary storage Devices.

v     Line Check  Screen

In the Line Check Screen you can discover or measure the current Energy on specific Channel so that you can check every channel that is currently connected to the system and working in prober way or it has a problem in connection.
