1.The Recording System Ver. 2.0 (Recording and
Monitoring System)

Starting System Operation
To start the system operation, double click on
Recording and Monitoring icon. A Main
Screen similar to the following should appear
shortly.
The software will first begin in
search Window, so that you can search the previous recorded calls that already
saved in hard disk, the following sections will describe the different screens
in the software program and shows the user how to operate with these screens.

Search Screen
In the search Tap or screen you can
search for specific Calls with specific channels, Date and Time, Call Duration
(more than, less than, equal) in seconds, Caller ID, Missed Calls or any of
them. You must choose what channels (or all channels) you need to search on;
you must also determine the range of date and time you will search in. The
other parameters not necessary to determine it will take the default parameters
if you not choose them, e.g. the call duration’s default value is more than 3
seconds, and the default parameters for caller id is null so that it will get
all resulted calls according to the previous parameters with any caller ID.
Here you can select one or more channels to search
on, just drag the mouse to select the channels, only the selected channels the
search will apply on.
Here you must determine the start
date/time and the end date time to search between the two periods, these
parameters must be defined before each search.
The above figure show you how to
determine the call duration you want to search on, you can also determine the
type of comparison to the call duration, E.G. if you need the calls with more
than 15 seconds you choose greater than and type 15 in the text box, this
parameter is optional so if you do not define it will take the default
parameters more than 3 seconds.
In the above figure if you want to
specify a caller ID you can type it in the above text box so that only the
calls with this caller ID will be displayed in the results if exists, if you
want to display the calls with all caller IDs you should leave the text box
empty.
Here you select the drive that the
Calls saved in. This choice is used if you want to search in a backup drive;
otherwise, the default drive is used. If you want to search in the missed calls
only, you should choose the missed Calls check box; this will make the search
on the missed calls only.
After you choose and fill all
parameters you ready to start your search so, you can press the search button,
and the resulted Calls will be displayed in the list view shown in the search
screen and the total number of records will be shown below the result set. Then
you can play any call by select its record and press the play button in the
following figure.
If you want to play the calls one after the other you
can choose the sequential play check box in the above figure.
You can remove specific call from
the resulted search by selecting its record and pressing the Remove Call
button, and if you want to empty search results you can press Remove all Calls
button. Finally you can select one or more calls and send them to the Call
Collection Box that will be discussed later.

Instant Calls Screen
In the Instant Calls Tap or Screen
you can see the live calls between operators and Clients, Idle channels that is
ready for incoming call, Inactive channels that does not make any calls since
the system starts. You can also monitor channels at live mode.
In the channels that is being
recording or Idle you can see the last information of the last call came on
that channel the following icons describes the status of each channel:

Call Collection Box Screen
In the Call Collection Box Tap or
Screen you will find the important Calls that is being sent from the Search
Screen, these calls should be the most important calls in the previous search
results, whenever you want to play these quickly you will find them without
make any search again, you can also convert these calls to wav format by
clicking the Convert Call(s) button and the progress of convert operation will
appear in the playing group box.
